Spring is a time of rebirth, of cleansing out the old and ushering in the new and of consciously letting go of all those things that no longer serve you so you can continue evolving and stepping into the life you want to create.

In nature, the snow is melting, carrying away old dirt and debris from the mountains and carving new life into the rivers feeding and nourishing plant life and animals along the way.

Sweet Treats

I had such a fun afternoon making these delicious Coconut-sesame-date treats and I wanted to share the recipe with you!  They are a great healthy alternative to desserts any time of year but especially during the holiday season which is usually full of processed sugars and loaded with artery-clogging and energy-bogging fats :)

The ingredients in this recipes are WHOLE and natural sources of mineral rich sweets and hormone balancing essential fats.  Infuse your love into them and seal with a kiss!  Your taste buds, friends and family will thank you!!
